Sharp LC70LE632U 70-Inch LED TV In Stock w/ FREE Shipping!!
I owned this Sharp LC70LE632U 70-Inch LED TV for around 2 weeks and absolutely impressed by the picture quality, contrast quality, color saturation just for regular HD channels. The picture just gets better with Blu-ray. There is lots of flexibility with adjusting the picture you like so don’t be misled when you see it in a local store. I was thinking about a Panasonic Plasma 65″ due to the wonderful picture quality and was uncertain about this one.
Sharp LC70LE632U Features
- Full HD 1080p (1920 X 1080) Resolution
- Built-in Wi-Fi Connectivity
- Inputs: 4 HDMI, 1 Component, 1 RCA, 1 PC
- Dimensions (WHD): 63-1/2″ X 39-45/64″ X 13-1/8″
Now I am glad I chose this Sharp LC70LE632U since I did not have to sacrifice picture quality for size. Don’t misunderstand me, still a fan of Panasonic plasmas but for 70-inch TV with awesome picture quality. The full array does make a material difference for me and Sharp’s X generation panel is the greatest available.
High-Quality Picture
I’ve been drooling over 70″ TV’s ever since they were $12,000, and was amazed with the value of this specific Big 70″ thin and beautiful TV. I’m very pleased with this purchase! You actually cannot appreciate the picture until you set it up in your own home, on 1080I/P and have the time to “tweak” it.
Having installed some 300 TV’s last year, that’s part of my job, I’ve come across all brands, types, comments and believe me, this Sharp LC70LE632U 70-Inch LED TV is extremely better than anything I’ve ever had the pleasure of setting my eyes on. (You shouldn’t be swayed by the 120hz, you can’t tell the difference over 240hz if you don’t create a test picture, do not spend lots of extra cash for 240hz, it’s media hype.)
Settings are really a bit tricky, but definitely worth the fiddling time. For the greatest picture, you should enhance the “contrast” while watching the brighter areas of the image, and the “brightness” as you’re watching the black areas. The secret is to bring up the blacks while using brightness very slowly, an impression at a time, just a little brightness to the “brighter blacks”, yes, brighter blacks, due to the 8,000,000/1 contrast ratio. Example of this, I was capable of seeing the lunar eclipse, faint black on black, as the announcer apologized for the screen looking totally black! Think about shades of black, it is a trip, without a doubt. If you do not set up the brightness and contrast properly, night scenes will turn brownish, but simply keep slowly adding brightness till it might be rock solid. The picture of this Sharp LC70LE632U is completely incredible, I’m not kidding.
We’ve our mounted on a swivel pin floor stand, and that we simply swing the direction of the TV over a 40 degree range, only since it is so lightweight for it’s huge size. Also, SIZE MATTERS, whenever you sit 10′ away, you get the big theater experience, yet, if you watch from an adjacent room 20′ away you can still read all the fine print. Since having this Sharp LC70LE632U 70-Inch LED TV, I’ve made the decision that my personal favorite actor’s head should be a minimum of 20 inches TALL, 3x actual life.
I’ve always thought that unless you need to move your head to watch TV, the viewing screen is simply too small!
Don’t Wait, buy this Sharp LC70LE632U, TV will never be the same!

Amazing!
The picture of this Sharp LC70LE632U 70-Inch LED TV is amazing! I was worried about the reduced price when compared with other large LCD flat screens I was comparing. I was going to pull the trigger on the $5000 3D but after reading the consumer reviews about this Sharp LC70LE632U I took the plunge. Amazing! You won’t be disappointed. I will not bore with technical jargon since ultimately what matters to most people is how clear the picture is and just how true are the colors. Picture yourself searching of the 70 inch window watching a live scene. It is exactly what this really is like. Initially it’s kind of unnerving since you see your favorite newscaster, for instance, as if you not have seen them before with the flaws and nearly as if you’re in the studio together. Believe me, it took me back since it is so realistic it almost looks 3D with no glasses.
You won’t be disappointed if you’re hunting for a wonderful picture if you don’t have only standard definition channels or use this Sharp LC70LE632U like a huge SD TV. I’m not so worried about the menu/user interface when I do not spend time adjusting every factor of the picture. I’ll have fun with the settings but always wind up resetting to defaults with better results. I additionally do not worry about sound because like the majority of that own huge flat-screens we’ve multi-channel audio systems that are created for amazing audio reproduction. IOW I really want my TV to deliver excellent picture and never try to be a sound system. I additionally have three big TVs within the same room and that i switch audio together. I watch three NFL games at the same time and switch the audio to the one I choose to hear commentary! – Edward Wall, Sharp LC70LE632U Fan
Excellent TV!
Ordered this Sharp LC70LE632U 70-Inch LED TV on a Black Friday weekend sale and could not be happier. The picture is great. Blu-ray, Xbox 360 console, along with other 1080p sources look remarkable. Have not seen any motion blur yet; 120Hz is sufficient. Slight darkening in the corners, but that can be anticipated on LCDs, which is barely discernible. The audio speakers are… there, but I have no idea anyone that wants blockbuster sound from a flat screen, nor anyone that would purchase a 70-Inch LED TV with no home entertainment system. All round I’m really pleased with the picture quality and features provided on this Sharp LC70LE632U. A note about Quattron: this Sharp LC70LE632U doesn’t have it, but looking around in some retail stores with Quattron models playing, I actually could not tell the main difference. You be the judge, but the price difference to go to the 732 w/ Quattron amounted to around 30% more, and was not worthwhile in my experience.
The main one problem I have found as far as can rather be expected with a screen this huge, is the fact that non-1080/full HD sources are sub-par, however I believe this really is more the underlying distortion being magnified instead of a problem with the Sharp LC70LE632U by itself. Remember that not every HD programming on cable/satellite are the same, and you will notice those programs cheating with 720 quickly! – Zane Gardner, Sharp LC70LE632U Lover
Superior Quality 70-inch TV!
I was originally concerned about all of the clouding issues reported and also the viewing angle problems that have been reported. Fine.. it’s not all the terrible. However my Sharp LC70LE632U 70-Inch LCD TV is free from clouding issues. In relation to viewing angles.. of course.. at about 45 degrees – things look washed but who sits at that angle well
Anyway… my take on this Sharp LC70LE632U.. BIG BANG FOR THE BUCK! It’s so good you need to view it to accept is as true. Do not judge it by what you see in the retail store. In the home – this Sharp LC70LE632U looks giant, vivid and clear. Takes some adjusting and you’ll find tips on how to adjust on the internet but finally it’s worthwhile
Blacks are almost near to plasma and whites are actually whites (no reddish, bluish or yellowish). Movie mode is essential and Film ought to be switched off (if you don’t like SOE)
The very best feature of – it’s not reflective. So within a bright room – it’s very clear.
One little problem.. movie mode with the other settings I’ve does need heavy VDO processing so using HDMI 1.3 compliant receiver is necessary. Component can lead to lip sync issues. I decided to buy a TX-NR509 to opt for it after a lot research and I’m happy. So do not plug this via component or composite and expect miracles – you’ll be disappointed
Oh yea.. one more thing – adjust this Sharp LC70LE632U after turning the lights off after which turn OPC on. Don’t attempt to adjust the Sharp LC70LE632U in bright daylight.
All around – I’m extremely pleased!! – Donald Pennington, The Fan of Sharp LC70LE632U
